However, the tech believed that the MoCA signal was interfering with the cable box. It seems to me that the issue was the splitters, the 3-way splitter was pretty old & the 2-way at the wall was sub-par. I'd like to know if there is anything I could learn/or improve on. This resolved the issue, as far as I can tell. The splitters were changed too a balanced 3 way and a 1002 MHz at the wall. A cable company tech replaced the coax head at the wall (2). I used an unbalanced 3 way splitter using the -3dB output for branch C and a very sub-optimal splitter at the wall (900 MHz), I'd never got around to changing. Problem: Missing channels at both cable boxes. (3) At wall: 2nd MoCA output feeds another wireless extender. (2) At wall: Combined branch C/MoCA coax split: * branch C & output from 1st MoCA adapter feed a splitter into a single cable (1) 3-way splitter at drop w/POE, * branch A to cable modem, router then feeds 2 separate goCoax MoCA adapters The major obstacle I ran into were issues with signal at cable boxes. The purpose for this post is to share some of my experiences and possibly learn/get some advice, as I may not be completely out of the woods.
